- There is a one time processing $39 fee
- After we locate the non-paying parent(Deadbeat),assets,employment, etc.,this info will be forwarded to you, to be sent to the state enforcement division.
- When you start receiving the support payments, our fee is 20% of the back-owed amount
- example: $5000 due in support, you recieve $5000, our fee is $1000 or you recieve $200/mo. in back support, our fee is $40/mo until original amt is recovered.
We want to trust everyone, but in order to provide this service, we will require a copy of your statement from the state enforcement division you are working with every month.NO EXCEPTIONS
